INTENTION
Our space clearing bundle will help you cleanse your home, work or meditation space. Palo Santo or the “Holy Wood” comes from the trunks of trees in forests in South America. For centuries it has been used in many indigenous traditions as incense to clear the energy of spaces and living things. The Palo Santo, creates a therapeutic smoke and scent used for energetic healing and allows creativity to begin. White Sage is a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant. The spirit of sage is dedicated to offering protection, blessings, and clearing.
INSTRUCTIONS
Light the sage at the very tips of the leaves. Use your hand to direct the smoke across the room and around your body. The smoke will clear any negativity or heaviness that needs to be released. Set an intention for the positive energy you want to create in your space. Hold the incense stick to a flame at a 45 degree angle. Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds. Gently blow out the flame and the incense will begin to smoke. Beginning by the front door or entrance, walking around clockwise the room to fill the space with smoke and clear the energy. When done, place the stick in a fireproof container or surface until it goes out on its own.
